I just paid the Tax and guess it buys bomb material to send to Israel so they can kill old people and kids in GAZA or give money to Ukcraine so those retired government employees get their pensions.

I find it humorous to see how low you'll go to protect Biden's dictatorial audacity of ignoring a SCOTUS ruling so he can buy votes. I will remind you that he tried to use an existing law (the Heroes Act) the first time around also, but it failed.

That is BS.... President Biden is fully following the SC ruling.. Once more,, joe is using existing laws to forgive a few people the loans they needed to attend college.. find the SC statement, than find the point of the ruling that you think Joe violated.. you will find none.. you are far over board in your attempt to find a way that makes real people be as criminal as your orange freak truly is and has been from the time Fred made him an 8 year old millionaire and now he has to beg for money to pay his bills.. who would think such a lousy outcome was possible.. only the dank and dark of the land behind the orange could make it happen.. and he did it..

Yes,, the man paid my taxes back in early march or so.. he is a very good lad and has always done a great job.. just a kid.. But he knows the rules and how to work them.. I did very well with portfolios he helped me with.. now he only tends the old guy paperwork..

Hope yours went OK and now you have relief for a full year.. Buddy of mine never seemed to get his in order and always fighting to avoid some more payment, interest or penalty... but that was a good distraction on the golf course, he was pretty good when he did not worry about getting it paid..

have to add,, "my fair share" has always seemed extra high.. darn it.. but property tax the most hated of all.. and I did lose a sorta big fight over that once upon a time..

I like President Trumps suggestion for his first day in power: ‘drill baby drill’ and close our open borders’. ‘Deport as many illegals as is (humanly) possible’ much better. Biden’s failed American citizens on just about all he’s doing. He needs to go.

That case has to do with the TCJA Law one-time fee on foreign investments unrealized capital gains tax as being unconstitutional.
Congress would have to write a separate law dealing with unrealized capital gains tax in the US.
I don't believe that they would do it here. Too many wealthy DemocRats wouldn't stand for it.
It would be near impossible to tax stock investments that way in a volatile market.
