Wellll...The 80's were inspiring but I think the 70s should be rated a little better IMO. MTV introduced the next generation of popular music. and a lot of the 70's artists took advantage of the exposure of MTV.

I disagree, it was the Doo Wop of the 50's, although the late 70's early 80's wasn't bad.
