I am just waiting for the day that a judge quits leaning over backwards to allow our favorite career criminal to dis the prosecution, courts and jury. Trump could be charged with jury tampering if he goes after the jury. I am hoping some judge says "enough!", and Trump will be in the Tombs for a week or so. If Trump can't keep his trap shut after that, maybe revolving his bail will do the trick.
