You are repeating what the people that cannot believe that many Americans cannot afford food for their kids. The great stock market is only great for a few people. Most folks don’t deal in the market. A lot have 401k’s but those are taking 1 step up then 2 steps down. By the end of this year the market may be completely dead.

I do not believe in financing wars. I spent 13 months in Viet Nam starting in the middle of 65 with the 173rd Airborne Brigade. Three things happen in every war - first is the death and bodily destruction of individuals on both sides (those individuals have friends and family) - second wars always make selected individuals/companies rich off taxpayers' taxes and lastly - the top government ones that start wars between countries never lose their lives. Wars would cease if those pushing war were the ones to go and do the fighting.

Agree with all of the above. But also I have empathy for the Ukrainian people, who were living in peace if not plenty right up until Putin's forces attacked.

They just want to remain their own separate country. It doesn't seem like much to ask..
