I've read it before and all it proves is that the system is broken and needs revised. Presidents can declassify whatever they want. The question is; Were the proper procedures followed? Maybe, maybe not. What you should be asking, if you weren't such an obvious partisan POS; is how did Biden get away with classified docs in a number of non-secure places?
