It would only take NASA about 10 minutes, using supercomputing power, to render an authentic and irrefutable video of The Earth spinning from The Moon or alleged Outer Space, including meteorological and time stamped data of accurate cloud movements. There's a much deeper level to the reason they won't provide these Hollywood special effects that we do not know about. It's a far deeper psychological operation than we know.

Among other factors, they calculated the probability of a planet developing all the conditions for life to exist. The odds against that occurring are, shall we say, astronomical. These scientists wrote books about it. I could look up the numbers, but what's the point?

In addition to a planet developing all the conditions for life, such as water, the gravitational force, distance from the star, temperatures and atmosphere, the location of the system within the galaxy is critical. Any system located within the dense star fields of a spiral arm where intense levels of radiation and high gravitational forces exist, the formation of a life sustaining planet would be impossible. Should intelligent life actually be able to survive under such conditions, they would never experience night and never know they are living in a galaxy, much less in a vast universe.

Interestingly enough, our Solar System happens to be located in a region between two spiral arms of our Milky Way.
In this region of the galaxy, the stellar population is sparse, and the window to our universe is wide open. In their book, the scientists refer to earth as "The Privileged Planet".

Regarding interstellar travel, Columbia University professor of Astronomy David Kipping created the CU "Cool Worlds" lab, and has given a series of lectures on the possibility, or improbability, that intelligent life could produce the necessary technology that could overcome the cosmic speed limit, relativity, time warp, the Lorenz factor, and radiation in order to transit the vast distances between stars. His lectures on "Why we might be alone in the universe", "A journey to the end of the universe", and “Why Going Faster-Than-Light Leads to Time Paradoxes"
are scientifically sound.

In his lecture on a journey to the end of the universe, professor Kipping posited a space ship capable of constant acceleration, which means the ship would eventually exceed the cosmic speed limit (the speed of light) and continue to accelerate to the outer limit of the universe.

This theoretical space ship demonstrates the immense problems interstellar travel encounters and debunks the idea that such travel is feasible.
