You're right on that score. But the state does have the right to tell you to stay out of any public places because you might be a carrier of a deadly disease. That's what "public health" involves.

Although the Left would make the same claim for abortion it's not even close. Your claim affects no one except a personal choice for yourself. Abortion always denies a choice for a child.
