It's why some car dealers are still selling last year's models when they should be preparing delivery of 2025 models let alone 2024 models.

🤔 I thought that was addressed in the beginning of this thread, or maybe it was a different one. No matter...If the banks did their job and did an audit on someone's property then gave them a loan on that said value how can that be considered overvalued? Then you asked about the taxes...well I must say the people driving around in their little cars with offical decals on the side of the little usually white car, poking their nose in evereveryone's business are not doing there job very well. They go around and tell you what your gonna pay on the value they decide. I wasn't aware there was a choice. Pay the blasted bill and move along. The only reason I can see that Trump has had all these problems is because the Democrats are chomping at the bit to either bankrupt Trump and/or put him in jail. Quite frankly the Democrats are so very afraid and angry they can and will resort to whatever they can get away with. Can I say Trumped up charges?🫢🙄😎
