Realizing that you probably have trouble with comprehension in communicating outside of Big Chief tablets with monosyllabic words written with big block letters in crayon, I'll remind you that 'Slatten' is spelled with two 't's and is possessed of two syllables. Also, I shall point out that a quick perusal of your postings exposes personal deficiencies and repeated attempts at criticizing others.

Your lame attempts at criticizing others reminds me of the ol' proverb, "physician, heal thyself"'.

Thanks for the spelling lesson and your use of multiple words with multiple syllables- we all have personal deficiencies- and evidently I did miss your point - thanks for taking the high road and rephrasing your thoughts - as with many when someone takes a comment in a wrong light - response should be in a questioning senario not a negative one

Your reference to “American Psycho” is very telling.

Ask yourself why the words of JESUS CHRIST FRIGHTEN YOU.

Yet YOU continue to make foolish and stupid assumptions about people, and post it on the internet, claiming to speak God's truth. What a laugh.

Your mockery of the Word of the Lord is very telling.

There was no mockery by Randy - it never ceases to amaze when someone stands in judgement with a holier than anyone else attitude - you are no different than the Pharacies that stood in the Temple in public proclaiming how righteous they were and how they helped the poor - you stand by declaring you only present the truth - you are a sinner and in Gods eyes no better than anyone else - your maligning posts will return and you as each of us will be held accountable when we are judged by Christ -

More proof MAGA IS A DEATH CULT.
It thrives when Death is on the Line.

No one wants trump dead.
You just love being fascinated by the thought others are like YOU.

I stand with The Lord,
King of Kings.
I have no idea about your relationship with Jesus.

I am SOLID on mine.

Slatten is a good man with a good sense of what is going on. I respect what he says and have stood up for the times he has been verbally attacked and vilified here on OPP.

I remember both Slats & Perm 8 or 9 year ago when both were far more balanced before TDS grabbed them. That memory still gathers respect.

Only a fool predicts what is unknown - you display your foolish intelligence with the words you post - the choices you have made in your life dictate what you believe - it appears by your life choices you do not believe in God - that is a mistake you will face upon your exiting this life -evidently you don’ put much faith in The Bible being true - this must be what gives you the courage to judge others -

Then I wonder why it is that the most judgmental people I know are people who put stock in the Bible, a book that tries to predict what is unknown (so a foolish book according to your own "logic")

Then there's the foolishness of assuming that one cannot believe in God without buying into the BS that is the Bible. God is far too big to be defined, constrained and owned by you tiny little people with your tiny little books.

No one is mocking anything real. You think the Bible is the "Word of the Lord" because that is the one mythology out of hundreds throughout the ages that YOU decided to believe and your too arrogant to consider for a moment that you might be wrong.

Sorry but this is how it looks to people like me who listen to Christians swearing by THEIR book and Muslims swearing by THEIR book and both groups hissing at each other about which book is right. I keep imagining God just rolling His eyes.

TDS Sorry, Mike, the imbalance originated from the GOP side of the political spectrum.

TDS was originally a made up condition, conceived as a derisive label by the alt-right to attack anyone who criticizes or refuses to support Donald Trump. The idea was that others were so obsessed with Trump that many had collectively lost their minds. Unfortunately like many of their other little online crusades, this has backfired. People dislike Trump for actual reasons which often go well beyond just politics or partisanship, and if anyone has TDS, it's very often those that blindly support him.

The origin of the term is traced to conservative political columnist and commentator Charles Krauthammer, a psychiatrist, who coined the phrase 'Bush Derangement Syndrome' in 2003 during the presidency of George W. Bush. That syndrome was defined by Krauthammer as "the acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal people in reaction to the policies, the presidency—nay—the very existence of George W. Bush". The first use of the term 'Trump Derangement Syndrome' may have been by Esther Goldberg in an August 2015 op-ed in The American Spectator; she applied the term to "Ruling Class Republicans" who were/are dismissive or contemptuous of Trump. Krauthammer, in an op-ed harshly criticizing Trump, commented that—in addition to general hysteria about Trump— "Trump Derangement Syndrome" was the "inability to distinguish between legitimate policy differences and ... signs of psychic pathology" in his behavior. The term has been described as something used by conservative groups whenever someone speaks out critically against Trump, regardless of political affiliation.

TDS has been used in a more generalized sense inclusive of positive emotions as well as hatred towards Trump. For example, TDS accounts for denialism about Trump's defeat in the 2020 election, as a political diagnosis of people who simply can't accept the fact that he lost the election. This new definition derogatorily describing the nature of Trump followers rather than his deriders has been picked up by others and widely used.

TDS is related to gaslighting, another psychological concept in vogue during the Trump era.

Like all true con artists, The Donald has the ability to spout unadulterated crap that numbers of his TDS followers perceive as pearls of wisdom. Or to put it another way, serving up piles of steaming excrement and having his followers eat it up like it is filet mignon.

Not true. The FBI, CIA and others in the Alphabet Mafia under the DOJ have unquestionably interfered in Trump elections.

First of all, the CIA does not operate under the DOJ. Seriously, if you're going to make such strong accusations you should at least try to understand WTF you're talking about.

padremike wrote:

The DOJ is currently interfering in the 2024 election with the ridiculous charges against Trump.

Again, that isn't the DOJ. The charges against Trump are coming from private individuals that don't even work for the government and from state governments that are not controlled by the DOJ.

These are very basic facts that when considered, really exposes you for the gullible conspiracy theorist that I think you are.

padremike wrote:

Of course a jackass like yourself believe they're justified and legitimate.

Well, the FBI and the CIA ARE legitimate agencies, Sparky.
