Some attack. Hours of video's of the Capitol police opening the doors and letting people into the Capital. Do you know the people that attacked the police were actually Trump supporters? No you don't. they may have been people put there by the Democrats. There was no insurrection. The definition of an insurrection is: "An insurrection is an armed riot". Nobody was armed but the Capital police. Wake up!!!!!!!

It's a fact that some of the Jan 6 insurrectionists were carrying firearms. Tucker Carlson, who claimed that there were no firearms, is a liar who spouts misinformation on a daily basis. Jan 6 was an insurrection carried out by a group of gullible people, some of whom went to jail because they believed Trump's lies. If you keep watching Tucker you'll most likely never know the truth about anything.

Really? Show us your 'facts'!

I’m not an extremist. However I can’t vote for a man who behaves badly with women. That was known around NYC. He was rich but not very nice to women. I am surprised that the Trump ladies give him a pass. I am not thrilled voting for Biden but we all have to vote so there it is. I wish I would get more comfortable with all of you and your name calling and meanness. What’s up with that. I’m afraid you are like your fearless leader and choose name calling rather than anything of substance.

The Dems are the ones using the "Extremist" term. I wouldn't call that name calling but it sure has caught on with the libs. As I have said many times about Trump, I wouldn't pick him for a Sunday School teacher or Church Elder but I look at the past performance and I can tell you unequivocally that I would prefer his term to what we have been blessed with for the past 3+ years under Joe. I don't see how anyone could prefer this crap. Of course Joe says he will stop global warming and I'm sure I don't like his methods. I guess we are stuck voting for the choices we have before us so I don't see any reasonable option other than what has been shown to work. Joe's been in politics for 50 yrs and his next good decision will be his first.

But you`re comfortable with a party that supports the worst border crisis this country has ever seen. You are comfortable with a party that censors free speech - you are comfortable with a party that puts America and Americans last behind illegals and a foreign government - right?

I wonder why there are about as many women at the Trump rallies as there are men?.

XXX, I saw the entire incident in real time as it happened. One lady that was interviewed told the interviewer that it was a revolution. Trump and two of his cronies told the crowd to fight for America, or you won't have a country, one capitol cop died the next day, and many were hospitalized, the mob went through the Capitol building stealing government papers and property, they smeared the walls with feces, Trump was involved with so called militia who was told to stand back and stand by, these militiamen were invited to Washington to become involved with sedition, the mob called for the death of Democratic Congressmen and women, and the Vice President of the United States. Trump waited three hours to call off the insurrection.
If that isn't evidence of an insurrection, what is?

Actual evidence. Who offers the NG to stop their own insurection?

It was never in insurrection. One was created to hang on Trump/supporters, (it isn't just Trump the Left wants to crush...it's all of Trump's supporters as well). And the vile leftists who turned a blind eye to their pals murdering people/burning down cities/looting have gleefully made their fellow Americans political prisoners for exorcising their free speech rights.

Insurrection- a violent uprising against an authority or government.
140 officers injured; barriers knocked over; forced entrance to the caoitol through windows and doors; offices and rooms ransacked; shouts of 'Hang Mike Pence and Where's Nancy with intent to do harm
Sounds pretty violent. What were they trying to do. They were trying to change the outcome of the election.
Sounds like an insurrection to me.

Sorry, but the definition of an insurrection is: "An armed revolt" Nobody was armed but the Capitol Police. There were people there who were not Trump supporters. Do you know whether the police was attacked by these people or Trumps supporters? Nobody does. Trump has nothing to do with it. He said they should do a peaceful protest. He wesn't even there.

It would because you want it to sound like one. How do you ascertain what someone's intent is? I always wonder why Nancy didn't arrange for more police protection when the intelligence available said there would be 50 to 100 thousand protesters coming. I don't claim to know their intent but it appears they may have wanted it. Same way with the guards holding the door open for people to come in.

It was a made up fraud from the start. Trump asked for National Guard troops and was turned down. They could have had more police but refused them. If they were not allowed in, why did the guards hold the doors open for them to come in?

True. A riot, complete with classic mob-mentality behavior (look it up).
No weapons. No plans. Just emotional people caught-up in an emotional moment. I remember Kent State. National Guard. Students being gunned-down. Where were the cops on J-6 ? Where was security ? I watched this the day it happened, BEFORE the "government" realized the news coverage must be censored. I have only seen that real-time footage ONCE.
Inside, the Capitol Police were politely and calmly ushering people into the building.
Agreed, no arguing there were some idiots being idiots, but an insurrection ? No way...

Politely ushering and getting beaten on?! Give me a break!

Nobody knows if these people who beat up the cops were Trump supporters or Biden supporters. The cops had guns, why did they allow themselves to be beat up? Did they have orders not to use them. One of them did when he murdered a young girl who was not beating up anybody, and she definitely was no threat to him.

Why did the police start attacking the protesters first? Why did the police open doors? Why was capital police at half staff?
Sounds like a set up to me. Until you can answer basic questions you're simply a useful idiot following the "narrative" so carefully laid out.

If the video wasn't live, it was on a seven-second delay. Millions of Americans watched these uniformed Capitol Police calmly and courteously direct people into the building. There is no debate here.
