I'm not so sure. They are very desperate people and I hate to give their actions any credit but they are getting more world support now than they ever did by playing the endless diplomacy game. Western media rarely ever shows the human side of Palestinian life. This is why our cameras focus almost entirely on the Palestinians who ARE terrorists, so it's easy for people like us to come to these insanely prejudiced conclusions.

Uh, the fact that the World Central Kitchen is an international organization that tracks their workers and the fact that those workers have families in other countries that have already been interviewed. Oh, and let's not forget the footage released by the IDF AND Israel's apology for the incident where they clearly admitted it and called it an unfortunate mistake.


Not all of us :) In fact in case you missed this, a lot of Americans sent Biden a pretty clear message during the primaries. They want him to stand up for Palestine and this sentiment is growing.

To answer your question, there's a lot Biden can do that the Arabs couldn't do. For one, he can cut the funding that Israel has been depending on for decades. Also, he can slap Israel with sanctions that would effectively bring Israel to it's knees. He can also join the rest of the world in it's condemnation of Israel's occupation of Palestinian territories.

Biden really doesn't want to do these things. Unlike me, he is far more interested in continuing the "special relationship" but Netanyahu isn't making it easy.

Why? It was a general statement. This world is getting pretty crazy and death threats are on the rise. If you're going to present controversial ideas on social media, which I do, you want to take measures to protect your family from the crazies who take offense. It's just a good rule of thumb.
