XXX, Wrong post. The big question is not about People suffering because of the high cost of electric cars. The question is, what will happen if we do nothing about global warming? As bad is the transition to a new era is, What are the consequences of doing nothing about it? According to the vast number of scientists in the field, over 90% believe there is no choice. If we do nothing about global warming, the eventual consequence is the earth getting warmer, and warmer until it can no longer sustain life. The auto manufacturers are learning quickly no one wants these vehicles and are retooling to returning to manufacturing what people want. If you dweebs would push hybrids, there is a market for those and would be successful. The infrastructure grid is nowhere near, nor it will be for a decade, to handle these looser vehicles.

Here’s a question for your progressive brain. Exactly why should the US, who has already exceeded by years global standards on emissions, CO2, etc. be forced to trash our economy while your ilk ignores the fact China and India are building coal fired furnaces at a very quick pace. The answer is you are gutless idiots who would rather ruin the lives of Americans than confront China, India and other countries not following your looser programs!

Can you imagine them having to wait for a 12 hour charge to go 300 more miles. These green new deal folks need to move out of the United States.
