Dems racist DEI programs "DIE"ing a painful death.
The demorats racist Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program, better known as "DIE", is starting to die a painful death. States are now calling the program racist, discriminatory and unjust and are eliminating and making this racist program illegal. Of course this has caused severe emotional and psychological trauma on those who got favored status due to their dark skin pigmentation. Black DIE administrators at Universities are complaining that they will be out of their cush $200,000 dollar a year jobs and will have to find another way (maybe shining shoes) to exclude Whites from being part of their racist agenda. The NAACP, a racist black group, is angry as hell that their blacks won't have priority at Universities and corporations. Black University students are furious that they will no longer have New black student day, black only dormitories, black parent and student weekend and a host of other black only events. Some DIE administrators were heard saying, "they took the racist Affirmative Action agenda from us and now we can't have it's replacement, our DIE programs." As we all know, there will never come a time when blacks will declare that Diversity, Inclusion and equity has met its goals and the program abolished as they must forever perpetuate their stereotype that they are victims of the mean old Whites in our society and only an additional 200 years of reverse discrimination will make everything equal as well as getting reparations of $250,000 for each black person in the U.S. Thank heavens this bs is stopping.
Black parent weekend wouldn’t be very crowded.

When I went to parents night my daughter's senior year in high school I saw one black face, a woman whose daughter was in most of my daughter's honors courses, The parents' attitude makes a big difference.

Parents are a huge factor in their child's success. If they stess hard work and diligence in their child vs I'm a victim and society is against my success the child will most likely be successful.

Not every black person buys into DIE crap!! There is a large conservative element to black population and that’s growing.

I don’t disagree but there has always been black conservatives, I live in Virginia our Governor and Lt. Governor could not have won the governorship without inroads made in the predominantly liberal Northern Virginia counties
