Apparently having zero sleep leads to a productive dark AM.

I'm a fits/starts sleeper. I feel blessed if I get 3 hrs in a row. It's more like night-napping

Once you wake up from the night nap it is almost impossible to return to sleep. The frustration then keeps you awake even longer. It is viscous!

Here is a suggestion for you Auntie.

Both my wife and I have found taking a Magnesium supplement has helped us get a better night's sleep. I use the Glycinate form, and my wife uses the Citrate form. Try one or both and see works better for you.

Always talk to your doctor before taking any supplements regarding possible effects to the prescriptions you are currently taking. Voice of experience here after having an adverse reaction after thinking vit d is good then more must be better.

Well this is irritating. I have a magnesium supplement; however, after reading some of the articles, it is not the type referenced to aid sleep.

Thank you for the information though it was for AuntiE.

Absolutely not in V-D. It’s not water soluble. The B vitamins and C are water soluble and will pass through your system.
