I would like to add another possible reason that Mrs Lands flipped that seat is that AL 10 is the Metro Area of Huntsville AL(aka Rocket City)that was up to possibly being HQ For SpaceCommand at Redstone Arsenal but because of the states poilcies they lost the enormous economic boost. That having one of the Major military commands HQ's might have provided , when the Dept of the AF decided to stay in Colorado(Peterson AFB, I think).Where female Airmen and dependents can get the needed services when required.
