The court ruled that states do not have the right to kick candidates off primary ballots but it did not do what Donald Trump asked, which was to clear him of insurrection.

The drama continues.

How long is this β€œ insurrection β€œ going to continue? Will there ever be a trial?

Those are two separate cases, but thanks for demonstrating your ignorance.

BTW: 9 - 0

You take a bow for your ignorance.

Why do you think he was taken off the ballots? It is because he is an insurrectionist and the SC did not touch that.

It did not say that he was innocent. It said that the 14th is a federal matter.

B/c you pussified ignoramuses are too chicken schitte to have a fair and honest election, that's why. There was never anything proven about insurrection you POS. Never!!!! It was just a far-left opinion that never came close, period. In fact he told the group to protest peacefully, and finally told them to go home. Take your marxist dreams and shove them where the Sun don't shine. Look what Trudeau has done for your pathetic POS country.

RR is very correct, the SC gave 3 different opinions for the decision, they did not mention the trump desire of getting away with his crime.. it was made a states rights issue and from differing angles.. the court had to work hard to find a reason they could live with..

It is so hard to believe you cult members. In all his term trump managed to say those 2 words you keep repeating and you sheep insist they show he was peaceful. never do you address the murder in Charlottesville, the preprinted logos worn by some of the militia, or and stand by and trumps actions for those years it was not instruction at the moment, it was the encouragement of over the years that trump used to drive his sheep to overturn our government. the 140 injured law officers belie the supposed non-violence of the the riot..

the court elected to not use insurrection but rather pursue the participants with similar charges with the near same penalty but simpler to prove..

will we see him struggling in the noose? probably not but if he loses the election as he shall he can count the days of his remaining time on the wall of a dusty cell..

Did you watch the execution of Saddam, the noose was moved at the last moment so he strangled rather then brock his neck and he jerked around for some time as he swung from the platform . . should we use that for a goal of ending the despot?

Blah, blah, blah! Your hero is on life support in two different ways. Trump won and it was unanimous. So, #STFU!

I know spin and you do not care about the how or why..

I expected the result the court took. but do you have a clue that the court did not use trump claims to reach this conclusion? the conclusion has a bit of logic,, about states rights, but it in no way supports the criminal in orange..

Weep and sob all you want, you will change nothing..
