Honest you should have read the darn thing.. the 5000 per day was not a goal it was a trigger point and it was also 1/2 of what the republicans who helped write the bill said were crossing every day.. Joe and the boys cut that in half as a max and trigger for further actions.. the gop was fine with the part of the the bill and why the bill was a bipartisan project only trumps opposition killed it..

The H2 bill was only a production to talk about, it by intent contained nothing at all the dems wanted and had no sugestion of being bipartisan at all... and so it was not even brought to the floor..

They continually remind us that they once fought for America and yet now they seem to have turned their back on the very ideas that they fought for. And before anyone jumps on me!…… No one respects our military more than I do on this forum. I come from a family that every generation has fought for this country for the last 3 generations. But I do not understand how they ignore the fact that our country is being invaded by illegal immigrants. Many of them criminals. The Chinese wouldn’t take the men back that were apprehended at the border because they couldn’t identify them!!! Really?!?
