On Republicans' side it is hard to say because they will take Trump out as close to the election as possible so the replacement has little time to launch a campaign.

I'm somewhat in alignment with you. Outside of Biden, one would be hard-pressed to currently find a Democrat with a national base adequate enough to make a run for The White House against Trump's doting, cult-like base.

SCOTUS has already heard the oral arguments against Colorado's attempt to keep Trump off the ballot and it appears the Justices are unlikely to allow that to happen.

Trump's wins in Iowa, NH, and Nevada, especially Nevada, are historically unprecedented.
He won 98 out of 99 counties in Iowa, losing one by one vote.

I am a Nevadan born and bred, and I was quite surprised and definitely pleased how handily Trump won my state,
specifically because the population of ultra-liberal Clark County outnumbers 2.5 to 1 the population of the remaining 16 counties combined and has been controlling Nevada politics for quite some time. Moreover, in the last gubernatorial election we elected a Republican governor.
