It's true the DA wants convictions , it helps in their reelection campaign. But it's easy to see Biden was guilty beyond a doubt. Even the prosecutor admitted it . Thats part of what is wrong with our government. They all are interpreting the law in their opinion instead of going by the letter of the law. Why write laws if they will just be ignored. Sanctuary cities is one example. Allowing illegals into the country and aiding and abetting and providing them comfort is another.

I just wonder since the report said he wouldn't press charges due to Bidens memory problems, Biden says that's not true. So, if his memory is so good, he can face trial for the documents

Hur is a Republican which adds fuel to the fire as you are correct a Special Councils first focus is to present the facts as found - guilty or not belongs to a jury and a judge - in this case and Hillary’s case the prosecutor chose to appoint themselves prosecutor, judge and jury - what an absolute miscarriage of justice and it doesn’t hold the perpetrator accountable - it is for the jury to decide guilt or innocence

I think Biden is feigning feeblemindedness so he won't be prosecuted for treason and bribery as VP under the Obama administration. But if he is impeached, the Republicans will look like the villains. Better the Democrats move him out under the 25th Amendment.

Your wrong on one thing - there are many from all persuasion's that aren’t afraid to agree with you on Biden bein mentally incapable of his duties - thing is he is just a puppet doing the bidding of another puppet (Obama) who takes his marching orders from The elite better referred to as the Swamp - this was the plan all along to sacrifice Biden as his usefulness has expired and replace him with Michel / Michael whitchever the case maybe - but it won’t change status Quo - Obama will be in his 4th term complying with the Swamps request as he is deeply indebted to them - this is how I see things
