South Africa filed a lawsuit accusing Israel of genocidal intent in Gaza at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on December 29 in response to a rising civilian death toll in the besieged Palestinian enclave.

On Friday (January 26), the International Court of Justice issued an 86-paragraph written decision on the request for “provisional measures” in the pending case by the government of South Africa accusing Israel of committing genocide in Gaza in violation of the 1948 Genocide Convention.

Employing restrained but nevertheless damning language, the judges wrote, “At least some of the acts and omissions alleged by South Africa to have been committed by Israel in Gaza appear to be capable of falling within the provisions of the Convention.”

The United Nations International Court of Justice has ordered Israel to take urgent measures to allow humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.

Israel's military operation in the Gaza Strip has caused numerous casualties and extensive damage to homes and infrastructure, said Joan Donoghue, President of the UN International Court of Justice.

"Israel must take all necessary measures to prevent all acts that fall under the Genocide Convention," said Joan Donoghue.

The court also ordered Israeli authorities to "take action against those who incite genocide" and ordered Israel to report back in a month on the implementation of the measures, it said.

You are asking the wrong question. Instead of asking if the UN is pro Muslim, you should be asking yourself if Israel's Zionist government is committing genocide against the civilian population in Gaza.

The UN is reacting to the 26,000 civilians that have died as a result of Israeli actions, and focused on the intent of those actions (clearly articulated by their military and political leadership) to ethnically cleanse Gaza. Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant made it clear that the Israeli military intends to treat Palestinian civilians as subhuman in its response, saying, “We are fighting human animals and we are acting accordingly.” Building on this logic, he announced: “I have ordered a complete siege on the Gaza Strip. There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed.”

Deliberately attacking schools, hospitals, and refugee camps is not "self-defense", it is pure and simple genocide. Watch the video and get a different perspective on how the non-western world views this situation.

No, Israel is not committing genocide against the civilian population in Gaza.

Israel is eradicating a mortal enemy of the Jewish people that has been trying to destroy them for thousands of years.

This isn't about civilians and soldiers, or innocence and guilt.
It's about Good vs Evil.

There is a reason God commanded Moses to exterminate the people of Canaan.
