The judge and Prosecutor had a previous relationship which wasn’t disclosed in discovery. Using your definition of slander anyone who has a negative comment about anyone else should be sued. If you were honest, which you’re not. You’d admit this case and charge stinks.

Yes, it is really disgusting to see where our country has regressed to under this so-called progressive agenda. It feels like we are living under a government much like when Hitler was coming to power in Germany in the early 1930's. There is no justice, civil rights are violated with impunity, the corrupt elites are never punished for their criminality and liberty is a thing of the past.

Yes, Judge Kaplan and this ambulance chasing attorney for Carroll, Betty Kaplan, was mentored by judge Kaplan when they worked at the same law firm. Neither one of these corrupted legal eagles disclosed their close relationship during discovery and Judge Kaplan, an avid anti-Trumper is a Bill Clinton appointee. That should give one a clue as to how tainted our judicial system is nowadays.
