widely credited with encouraging Putin' subsequent invasion.

The Ukraine has NEVER had a chance of winning this war. The only thing we could possibly give the Ukraine to " win" is nuclear weapons. The Ukraine has already " misplaced" over a billion dollars in sensitive weapons.
