IMO, Biden and Pence returned them to look good, especially Biden since he had papers dating back to when he was senator. A box of them by his combustible engine corvette. He didn't have just one little box in the garage, btw.
Please tell me, how many papers in those tons of boxes, Trump had, were classified? How many deemed unclassified? How many of Biden or Pence?
