As has every other modern president and many politicians including Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Obama and Pence. Yet none but Trump have been indicted. The SCOTUS has already decided the Trump document case years ago in Clintons sock drawer.

GSA gathered and packed up all Trump papers and belongings like they do all presidents. If you believe Trump personally supervised this operation its because you're stupid.
