The answer is simple one group was protesting police violence against a long oppressed minority while the other group was made up of traitors trying to overthrow our nation.

For the sake of argument, we will accept your baseless premise.

What happened to a charged individual’s right to a speedy trial. Pray tell what is taking prosecutors almost three years to bring these cases to trial? Rhetorical question. They are imposing their own judgement and punishment by holding the accused in jail.

In federal court, the Speedy Trial Act requires the government to bring defendants to trial within 70 days of the filing of charges or the defendant's appearance before a judicial officer in court, whichever is later. (18 U.S.C. § 3161.) The right to a speedy trial can be given up by a criminal defendant which is why many of these traitors have yet to be tried.

And who gave up those rights? Which defendant has done this? Were you there when this happened? No? Then shut your dickhole. Who gaf what they were protesting. Those people during j/6didnt do near the damage but they're are supposed to catch it worse. You're evidence that theree sure are two sets of laws. One for democrats one for the rest. You God incarnate did this with Obamacare didn't he. The laws he didn't like he just went around. It's okay to protest and burn cities to the ground as long as you're following the left agenda. Only then right. POS that you are.
