I don't think LBJ owned slaves. Ovommit's family history had slave owners as did Kamala Harris's family. In fact the Harris family owned a plantation of slaves. Probably a lot of "slave banging" going on with the Harris plantation.

No, LBJ didn't own slaves. Neither did he write "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness".

LBJ did have a lot of gall until he had his gallbladder removed. I am not sure if he wrote anything on his surgical incision.

I moved to PA in July of 2019 from Tuscaloosa AL where I still have a daughter(Her sisters are in FL and TX) My wife of 30yrs passed away in Oct 2017. I met a lady from PA on line in 2018 and I relocated to PA with her and her daughter in July 2019. We were in Harrisburg PA thru Covid and we were married last year. We decided to retire in Texas where I grew up and my daughter who is a real estate agent here found us a very good deal on a nice duplex here in Corpus Christi. So yes in 2022 I did vote in PA and worked as a volunteer at our local precinct on voting day. I apologize not proofreading my post before posting. I was born at Eglin AFB, FL and moved to Texas when I was very young(My Dad was from E Texas) 1955. My Dad was a state social worker from 1960-1990nand we lived all over the state. Settling in Aug 67 in the Rio Grand Valley city of Harlingen. I left for the AF in June 74(graduating in73).

Interesting. My hands were at 10 and 2 also and I was 5 mph under the speed limit. My afro may have thrown the black cop off.

I did business and pleasure in the USA for most of my life.

Just driver’s license, then a passport. And then to and make it quicker, NEXUS.

No more.

However, I have never been pulled over by police for "driving while white".

I've been pulled over by police, including for suspicious driving. I was lost in an unfamiliar neighborhood in Cincinnati. I would slow down at near some houses at times and I pulled to the curb twice, I also went around the same block twice. The officer pulled me over and asked me if everything was ok that my driving had been "rather unusual". We ended up laughing about it. But from his perspective, I could have been casing out houses or lost. He accused me of neither. This pulled over because your black, brown, red, yellow is hard to prove, have you ever heard a officer say he pulled someone over because of the color of his skin or are you assuming that is the case every time someone other then a white person gets pulled over? Does it count if a black cop pulls over a white person as "driving while white"? Only asking because I'm white and my officer was black.

Did you appear to be a ruffian?

I did hear of a black man being pulled over because he had his hands at 10 and 2. Driving to carefully.

Well if you "heard" it, it must be true.
