"contempt of Congress" wonder if Pelosi's act of tearing up State of the Nation address on air, in public would qualify for comtemp. I mean after all if your a parent addressing a school board and raise your voice, you get hauled off and charged.

Wishful thinking. With the D-rats, they're the "preferred ruling class" (plutocracy) with the motto: "rules for thee but not for me!"
Remember that AG Eric Holder didn't get hauled off to prison in leg irons for withholding documents on the "Fast and Furius" illegal gun-running scheme for his contempt of Congress charge in the Obama admin.
