That's the beauty of the Law... I don't have to present anything to you. The DOJ will though!

Make sure you watch ALL CHANNELS, AT LEAST 3 OR 4. Just to compare what they are saying. So you can make good informed judgements.

I watch FOX, CNN, NEWSMAX, MSNBC, and other networks. I want to see where they are consistent and inconsistent.

The J6 people went to prison for the Constitution of the United States. For assertively, and in some cases aggressively demanding our representatives abide by their oath of office to abide by the constitution. Trump was only a peripheral part.

Whatever you said about them GOING to PRISON for the CONSTITUTION, it DOESN'T say do it VIOLENTLY!! That's why they went to Prison!!!

It's NOT about prostesting or demanding the reps to abide. It's about the VIOLENCE!!! That's the CRIME!!! NOTHING ELSE!!!

Otherwise, there would be thousands more in jail.

Even when the truth smacks you upside the head, you deny it. I don't love Trump. He is a difficult man, but anything is better than a Democrat. I don't care which of the Republicans becomes President. It is just that Trump is most likely to win the nomination, so I hope he cleans Brandon's clock in the election.

The Bidens are as flawed as the Clintons.

We think that anything is better than a Republican, especially better than Trump.

When Trump is convicted and sent to prison it will deter future career criminals from running for high office. Ford made a terrible mistake in pardoning Nixon. If Nixon went to prison a scumbag crook like Trump would never have run.

You have the biggest career criminal in the White House now!

You are correct except the ham sandwich doesnt steal classified docs, it doesn't incite an insurrection, it doesn't cheat on taxes, it doesn't rape anybody, and it doesn't try to corrupt people to lie about the election.

So, yea, that's the BIG DIFFERENCE!!!
AND yes, The prosecution MUST prove their case to win the indictments.

But I don't think they have to worry about providing much evidence, and there are PLENTY!!! BECAUSE TRUMP always admits to his CRIMES!!!
So, I don't think that it will be too far of a cry!!!

Trump will prosecute himself without much help from the prosecutors. His MOUTH is the EVIDENCE!!! ALWAYS!!! + 91 CHARGERS!!! EVEN 2 guilty of 91 charges!!! Like Bill Barr said, He's toast!!!

So I think his fans and LOVERS will be CRYING the most. Boohoooo...Hehehe....

I feel bad for him though, cause he's too old to be in the BIG House!

The Supreme Court ruled that any documents taken out of the White House by a former president at the time he leaves office is his personal property, no matter what classification they were previously. That the president is the highest authority in determining classification. This case was regarding Bill Clinton's taking such documents and storing them in his sock drawer.

Telling people that the Democrats know how to fight for their [issues] and are beating us unless we learn how to fight too, then exhorted Republicans to fight, is nit inciting an insurrection. Telling people to peacefully walk down Pennsylvania Ave and let their voices be heard, is not inciting an insurrection. Not to mention a demonstration during which violence breaks out in a public building of the people, is a riot not an insurrection.

The IRS has repeatedly audited Trump and found no issue with his tax paying history. He pays an alternative minimum tax (AMT). Here is a fortune article speaking of Trump's taxes.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/fortune.com/2017/03/15/donald-trump-2005-tax-returns/amp/

So you believe that he went to the Bergdorf Department store and no employees noticed a well known celebrity to ask if he needed assistance, as is common for any shopper let alone a celebrity. Then he approached an acquaintance who he had barely ever spoken to before and asked her to help him buy lingerie for his wife. Then they went to the changing rooms and unlike every other time no one was manning the counter or rooms, the entrance to the rooms had been left open, and the changing rooms were left unlocked unlike every other day in the year. Then while in the changing room he grabbed her by the throat and threw her hard enough into the wall that she had to struggle to stay conscious while no one outside of the room or in an adjacent room heard a thing. Then they exited the room, continued shopping and eventually left the store without anyone the wiser, and again no one approached Trump to assist him or ask for his autograph.

Prove those who claim their was massive election fraud are lying. All the evidence says otherwise, but again judges refuse to look at the evidence saying it has no standing. The AZ audit was the most comprehensive in history. It was bipartisan with both a Democrat and Republican having to sign off on every step. It determined over 300,000 unauthorized ballots in Maricopa County alone, including many so called returned mail in ballots which were never folded. The official count for the entire state was a Biden win of 10,000 votes. There were so many irregularities it makes your head spin.

But no matter what you think about whether there was or wasn't fraud, challenging the election is not a crime. In fact more than 100 House members and over a dozen members of the Senate made formal challenge to the electoral votes on January 6th.

I don't watch news channels. I go to the source. In this case it would be court transcripts. Anyone who relies on the news to stay informed is dillusional. Being consistent is meaningless when the majority parrot the accepted narrative. Neither left wing nor right wing news is trustworthy.

Yes those that engaged in violence committed a crime. But it wasn't insurrection nor were they doing it for Trump. Most who were arrested and kept locked up for so long were only charged with trespassing. Yet except for those who entered private offices, none were were trespassing. But most arrested had never entered any private areas nor entered the senate floor which is off limits while Congress is in session. Otherwise every American has a constitutional right to the People's House, and the right to observe our government in action. Yet the permit bearing constitutionalists were locked out of the gallery before any violence broke out. The gallery is supposed to be open for the people any time Congress is in session.

Only doing everything they can possibly do to stop Tump. This is so wrong. If they charge him, they need to charge both Hillary, and Bill, Biden, and Obama.
Shameful democrats are ruining our country, and need to be stopped.

There is a very good reason to hold Trump accountable.

I don't believe he didn't do anything that he's charged with but I don't believe the Bidens are as squeaky clean as some people believe.

Hunter is a common grifter, not an elected but benefited from his association with an elected official, much like Kushner. Two billion for possible services rendered.

I don’t think any rational democrat believes the Joe Biden is squeaky clean. He is a politician.

They kept spending that money because Trump was willing to sell out the USA for his financial benefit.
