Why do you think any president is totally responsible for every aspect of government? For people who claim to be constitutionally focused, these conservatives sure don't know much about it and how it setup your government. The president is only ⅓ of the government. Money is handled by Congress. You have issues about the money and the budget? Take it up with Congress. You think Obama can wave some magic wand and reduce prices? You have a rather mystical view of just how much a president can do. I don't like high prices, either, but to expect the president to "fix" it for you, isn't going to happen.
One thing any president usually does very well, is to be blamed for issues he has no authority or control over. But, because he's the leader, people look to him to either "fix" or "take the blame" for anything the people don't like, no matter how minuscule or stupid or massive or intelligent it may be.

Surely by now you can understand that we do not want our congressmen giving you any more blank checks.. So if you cannot come to terms with the border before they leave in seven days for vacation then that is just too bad. We have already given aid to these countries but it never makes it to the people it is intended for. The dictators use it for their own personal gains. You already know that.
