Thanks kemmer. There is a well-known case of a 14 year old having to travel out of state to get an abortion after being raped.

Notice micro hasn't responded.

Also noticed blade has nothing.

Yes, everyone does have those options. And if not all, at least one. What a crock. Facts are facts. Take a life if it's not self defense, it's murder..

Right, just keep your legs crossed. You live in a sheltered little world. For 50 years abortion wasn’t murder according to the gov’t. Now it is?

Well, you ought to be. Wondering how many of these illegal migrant children are being raped as well as being exploited as underage workers. The Biden regime has lost contact with thousands of migrant children released under their "immigration policy" to their supposed 'sponsors'.

The U.S. government has lost contact with thousands of migrant children released from its custody, according to data obtained by Axios through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

Why it matters: Roughly one-in-three calls made to released migrant kids or their sponsors between January and May went unanswered, raising questions about the government's ability to protect minors after they're released to family members or others in the U.S.

The Trump admin sent hundreds of separated kids all over the country, and kept no records of where they were sent.

The border crossings are three times higher under Biden than Trump.

List the states. I've seen lists saying so, but when reading the actual abortion laws find that it just isn't so. My state of AZ is listed on pro-abortion sites as having a total ban after 15 weeks. But that is not true.

Roe v Wade gave doctors of pregnant women the right to perform or prescribe abortions without cause within the first trimester. It did not give pregnant women the right to choose to get an abortion. And even her doctor only had that right in the first trimester.

The majority of current state abortion laws are far more lenient than Roe v Wade.

I should have been more specific: At least 13 states have no exceptions for rape or incest, but do allow exceptions when it comes to the mother's health conditions.

South Dakota, Wisconsin, Arizona, Ohio, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida have NO exceptions for rape or incest. There's a total ban in both Utah and Indiana, but both are currently blocked by Court orders. Three other States have exceptions for rape or incest but require it to be reported to law enforcement. Fact is, most of these are never reported.

Arizona's current 15-week ban doesn't have an exception for rape or incest. You should know that. If this is not true, post a link and show where I went wrong.

And that was a mistake that has now been corrected.

what about them. You want me to say that it's ok to murder someone because a crime has been committed against a 14 year old. I won't. I do not believe in abortion as a form of birth control, PERIOD!

Do you mean the well known case of a 10 year old rape victim in Ohio going to Indiana for an abortion? She was never denied an abortion in Ohio because she never sought one in Ohio. The Indiana doctor was an abortion activist who contacted the family and convinced them to not seek an abortion in Ohio but rather set up an abortion Indiana so it would be 3 days over the deadline for abortions in Ohio. Meanwhile the doctor is in trouble for failing to report child abuse.

Separating children of illegals was not a Trump policy. This was started well before Trump and dates to a 90s law requiring children be removed from their parents if in detention more than 14 days.

But the 1475 children whose whereabouts was reported as uncertain by the ORR were NOT children separated from their families. They were unaccompanied children. And the report was finalized in 2017 but was from investigating from previous years.

Reread my reply. I said AZ doesn't have a total ban on abortions after 15 weeks. I didn't say rape was an exception. But there was also no exceptions given for rape in Roe v Wade either. AZ abortion law is more lenient than Roe v Wade.

Are you assuming every time a man and woman engage in sexual intercourse, it results in pregnancy?

How many times do married couples have sex before the wife gets pregnant?
A study on regular sexual intercourse found that having unprotected sex had a 3.1% chance of producing a pregnancy.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that nearly 1.3 million American women are victims of rape or attempted rape every year. Only half of all attempted rapes were completed, meaning the rapist failed to ejaculate.
Up to 6 in 10 rape attempts will not be reported to law enforcement officials, which may account for the large disparity in numbers. In addition, many rapists use a condom.

A 1996 study found that 5% of rape victims between the ages of 12 and 45 became pregnant.
32% of rape victims who discovered they were pregnant decided to keep their child.
Half of the women had an abortion, 6% placed the child up for adoption,
and about 12% of the pregnancies had a miscarriage or spontaneous abortion.
