There are reasons for the fact that charges have not been brought on any of the crimes that you list. The main one is that there is no evidence for any of it and that that you claim to exist is unable to show any credible source.
Maybe the law on your planet is convinced by rumor and innuendo but the law on this planet requires facts. It seems that it is those things - facts - that the right wing horror story authors run out of very shortly into an argument. Stuff that is simply concocted and being sold as fact is only purchased by the likes of you.

The money that was returned to Iran consisted of Iranian funds that were in a Pentagon fund that were frozen when the Shah was deposed and when Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini took control of the government and took embassy employees captive. It was that money that was returned to them since it was theirs to begin with.
