The average person isn't going around with fully automatic AKs with military grade ammo like many of these far-left fearmongers like to put on. They take advantage of people's ignorance of guns and gun owners like Rumitoad here.

The people who get their hands on these types of weapons and commit these mass shootings have obtained them through means that scoffs at gun laws and regulations. They don't give a damn about gun laws. You can have every gun law under the sun or even ban guns and someone somehow will get a gun. I never said you could own a fully automatic weapon without a special Federal government permit; however, the conversion is easy and taught at gun shows and online. Certain assault weapons, that were previously and justly banned, fall in this category.

I would never have believed that Holder and Obama wanted to let some of the people Holder is talking about out of jail but sure enough that is his expressed method of cutting back on the people in jail. I would say that since our laws provide jail for first time users or pushers he should be working to get those laws changed instead of trying to do it by executive fiat which he is doing. I guess he has had so much success at changing laws that way instead of the legal way he is willing to do it now. What do you know about what plans he and his leader have in mind for us once they get all the addresses of gun owners? You make the noise but have no proof, it seems.
