That is a particularly dim witted belief...their case was already holding up in court, and FOX settled because it would have likely cost them way more in terms of more trial revelations and money...they never would have settled if it didn't make sense for them to do so.

You’re entitled to believe whatever you want. Fact: Dominion (obviously) took what they could get. Fact: if Dominion’s case was a “slam dunk”, they’d still be going to court.

They settled because the fraud wasn't the machines. It was the votes still turning up 7 days later and still being counted, along with running ballots being counted twice. If they could have audited the machines they could've proved that.
