Here's the difference, Biden and his crime family are the beneficiaries of a stolen election and now they are the law. They're not above the laws, they are the laws. So Trump can be arrested for jaywalking and the Chinese Biden flow of cash is perfectly legal.

HOWEVER....they've been doing this many times now (SEVEN to be exact) and that percentage goes up, not down. The neutral people have also been watching these attacks unfold. How many more attempts to "get" Trump are they going to watch before they say to themselves "this is just more persecution of the man....I wonder what they're so afraid of? Why are they trying SO HARD to stifle him?" Maybe they will vote for him to find out those answers....

I think Trump is going to be indited for his tryst and cover up of that with campagin money. Renember that his fixer, Cohen spent 2 years in jail for his part of this crime, and Trump was an unindited coconspirator. Since the grand jury is still taking testimony on Monday, and we really don't know if there is more people scheduled to testify after Monday and we don't know how much time it will take to draft charges we don't know when this will be exactly.
Since the courts are talking to the police about security, I assume from this that Trump's arraignment will be soon. Trump will do everything he can to avoid being seen in handcuffs. Remember, Trump can be arrested for inciting a riot.

The way that the media present it is as if Trump were a serial comic book criminal that needed Super Black DA Alvin Bragg to bring Trump in handcuffs.
This might be a way though for the kommiecrats to get rid of the Biden Harris ticket.
By arresting Trump for jaywalking, the Justice Department is now free to prosecute the Biden Crime Family for real crimes and thus clear the field for other kommiecrat kandidates like that walking oil field greasy haired Gavin Newsom.
