Doesn't the House have anything to say about this?

You know all that progress that Donald Trump made in evening out the judiciary?

Well, as they say in New York, “fugetaboutit.”

In just two years, Biden has already had 100 judiciary nominees approved by the Senate.

When there is a Democrat in office, it is a given that judiciary appointments are going to be liberals.

That is not the problem.

The problem that I have is that there are at least a dozen nominees that Biden has sent to the Senate that have no business sitting on a bench.

I watched the hearings on multiple occasions and was horrified that basic constitutional questions could not be answered by these people.

It got so bad, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) wanted to know if a ham sandwich would get passed through.

Even so, Senator Schumer (D-N.Y.) was bragging like a champ about the nominees passing through.

He stated, “Senate Democrats have focused intensely on expanding the diversity of our courts, and not just in terms of demographics but in terms of experience, professional experience too.

“We are working hard not only to add more women, more people of color, more lawyers from unique backgrounds to the bench, but people of different walks of life.”

Sadly, Democrats are more worried about checking diversity boxes than finding people that are truly qualified for these positions.

If schumer calls it a victory, it is a loss for America. FACT. 100% of the time.
