You could raise the marginal tax rate on all of them to 100% and not put a dent in the deficit. Biden Math says that $600 is more than $400,000 and is therefore taxable. But no one making less than $400,000 will pay any new taxes, unless of course, you somehow acquire $600, and whoa, you better pay up or go to jail.
