If, in fact, China Joe did approve the blowing up of the Russian Nordstrom gas pipeline, this is technically an "act of war" and a terrorist act.
This was not approved by Congress.

This looks like an impeachable action by China Joe.

After all Trump has two impeachment attempts but it certainly wasn't over an act of war and terrorism.
