First, Trump did not hide the documents and was in contact with the FBI about their return, with the FBI suggesting a lock be added to the door the documents were stored behind. Since Trump was the president when he took them, he is the one person on the planet who can do that. He also declassified them, with his mind if not in writing, as he can share anything he wants with anyone he wants, as president. Period. And, as it turned out, the documents Trump had were more mementos of his time in the White House than secret US information. Thus he will never be convicted of anything related to them.

However, Joe Biden took his documents while a mere VP, with NO power to declassify or remove from the White House. In fact, his were "compartmental" documents of the highest secrecy there is and are, by law, only to be viewed in a SCIF, a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility. So far as we have been told, Biden's documents were found in three locations; his office at Penn State, a personal office not in a residency and Hunter Biden's house garage, right behind his 66 Corvette Stingray; none of which are SCIF's. One cannot even have a cell phone in a SCIF. They are sound proofed and totally secure. And here is the real kicker, they were documents with information about three countries;

China, Ukraine and Iran, the very countries mentioned in the emails found on the now being investigated laptop of Hunter Biden's, all countries funneling millions to the Biden's.

But for a leak by one of the Biden staff, we would never have known about them as the FBI/DOJ were hiding their existence since Nov 2, BEFORE the midterm elections and here it is Jan 13.

But Biden, while probably not selling nuclear secrets, is actively selling presidential influence to the tune of millions. Heck, the Chinese have donated tens of millions to Penn State and this "Biden Brainstorming" thought tank and paying 10% or more of those donations to Joe himself as salary for a make believe job which he doesn't even have to go to, to do anything. Sounds kind of like the job Hunter had in Ukraine at the energy company called Burisma, where Hunter was being "paid" $80,000 per month as a "consultant." doesn't it?? Garagegate is real. It serves both sides of the aisle. Both want Biden gone, and one wants Biden and company in jail. The other wants Trump and company in jail.
The outcome of Garagegate will be that Biden will not run in 24, a smooth way to get a real candidate to run against Trump or DeSantis and or Trump/DeSantis.

There is a process for declassifying highly sensitive documents, even for presidents. It takes a review and an intelligence officer signing off on a cover sheet, and the document being properly marked as declassified.

FOX has made people so stupidly ignorant about classified documents, what they are and how they get handled that you don't know anything about their reality.
