I don't remember any accusations of sex crimes against Biden, although he has been accused of touching people, but that is more like a waitress touching customers. I guess you missed the thousand times or so it was reported that it was the FBI that took some of the files (from where they had been secured in a padlocked room on the Secret Service guarded Mar a Largo estate) and spread them out on the floor to take a picture.
