In the most heavily armed country on Earth, no one brought any guns to this "insurrection." (Other than the Capitol Police Gestapo, one of whom was the murdering son-of-a-bitch who shot an unarmed woman). Some insurrection. Yep, they planned on overthrowing a government protected by heavily armed officers by throwing rocks at them.
More importantly, almost 2 years and 840 arrests later, no one has been charged with insurrection. Kind of hard to have one of those insurrection things with no insurrectionists and no guns.
Common sense is not one of your attributes, is it?
