There are more questions than answers in the attack on Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

David DePape, a 42-year-old illegal alien from Canada, is accused of breaking into the Pelosi mansion in the wee hours of the morning and attacking Mr. Pelosi with a hammer.

The official explanation continues to shift as details leak from the San Francisco Police Department.

Mainstream Media outlets first reported that Pelosi knew his attacker by name and called him a friend. They also reported both men were found in their underwear.

Those reports were later refuted by authorities and retracted by the news agencies.

The latest bombshell from NBC News is that Pelosi himself opened the door for police and told them everything was fine.

That report, too, was also retracted.

Seems like the best way to clear up the confusion and controversy is to release the 9-1-1 call and the body cam footage.

But the district attorney says that’s not going to happen.

“For us, revealing that evidence through the media is just not what we think is appropriate. We want to make sure that this individual is held accountable for these egregious acts. For us, we’re going to make sure that we limit the evidence as much as possible in order to get that done,” District Attorney Brooke Jenkins told CNN.

The district attorney’s decision raises even more questions.

Meanwhile, President Biden is accusing the attacker of being a pro-nudist, drug-addicted MAGA supporter – who also pledges allegiance to Black Lives Matter.

And Mrs. Pelosi is asking for privacy.
