First Scenario. If Obama was born in Hawaii, he could be considered a natural born citizen.
Second: Obama born in Kenya with American mother, and Kenyan father. No he could not be considered a natural born citizen. He has a Kenyan citizenship.

And why was Kamala illegible when she was born to her foreign parents who came to US on a student visas, when she was born in CA. To be natural born, one at least must be a US citizen if not both, and born in US or US territory.

But Kamala's parents were both on foreign students; visas.

In that case all these illegal aliens whose children were born in the US, could be president of the US.

I think there were changes in the Constitution effective during the reign of Barack Obama.
