Then the laptop took a trip somewhere.

Once it leave the shop and travels it means no one can guarantee the laptop wasn’t tinkered with. See how that works?

Now if the laptop was at Hunter’s house and the FBI came and got the laptop (with a warrant) there’s a chance the law could say they knew where the laptop came from, and that it didn’t travel all over the place.

1. No evidence the laptop belonged to Biden. 2. There is no chain of custody. No one knows who had it or what they did with it. 3. The supposed big deal on the laptop was an e-mail from an Ukrainian thanking Hunter for setting up a meeting with Joe who was a private citizen at the time. Funny thing about the e-mail. It wasn’t actually an e-mail it was planted on the laptop. Second funny thing we know that there was no meeting between Joe and the Ukrainian because the Secret service keeps very good records. and there is no meeting that was scheduled on that day and Joe didn’t meet anyone from the Ukraine that day. Clearly it was faked.

Then there is the other thing it isn’t illegal for a US citizen to meet with a Ukrainian citizen.

The only thing that is known to be real is that laptops exist.
