The Founders required that parents must be both US citizens is to prevent foreign influence.

The legislature cannot make laws counter to the constitution. If they think something should be changed, they must go through the amendment process.

You did write this as some sort of joke, right? There was no DNA testing then. Blood types, A-B-AB-and O were discovered in 1901. But even blood Rh factors were only discovered in 1940. Nor do blood types indicate race.

Biden does it by himself by executive order. And Nazi Pelosi allows him. The $330 billion
Student Loan Bail out is illegal. He could not do that without Congress approval.

Biden has so many impeachable crimes.
