Yep. What-about-ism is pertinent. It establishes precedent for how one would expect future situations to be handled. You cannot ignore precedent when applying equal justice. You cannot ignore the abuse of a law 100 times and then expect the 101st person to not expect to be treated the same. Selective application of the law is not justice.

Everything here is disclosed. Need to be known by all. Biden Crime family needs to be investigated by a Special Council. Not the DOJ who'll protect them.

This must be disclosed before the election in 2022.

...Trump is the president. Trump has a right to his own papers. Then they go to the Archives and The Presidential Libraries.

You only need to look into Hillary's illegal email servers and destroyed drives. Obama's millions of docs he has yet to return. Biden's boxes of documents stores at some university where the public is denied access to public records. Pelosi destroying Trumps state of union speach on national tv.

It does appear that no one ever wants documents or other records that Democrats have. It does appear that Democrats destroying documents and records or squirreling them away from public view is all acceptable. Only when it involves Republicans is it claimed to be criminal.

The legal argument remains as to the documents as declassified by Trump and reclassified by Biden's Handlers.
Guess that the Handlers don't want Trump in possession of Crossfire Hurricane, Ukraine, and January 6th incriminating documents that would destroy the FBI and DOJ and State Department.
Those are the documents that the Handlers wanted back. Nothing else.
