The FBI has had already made two trips. They have seen the storage room. They should have taken an archivist with them and gone through the boxes if they were not going to remove them. They have admitted they were never denied access to any of the boxes.
The Washington FBI Field office has a horrid reputation going back a decade or more. It is that field office, not headquarters heading this fiasco.

Trump had those materials sealed in boxes and/or locked in a safe for a year and 8 months and that is where they stayed.
