Why did the Constitution (the Founders )require that US president must be " Natural Born?" Those born in the US and US territories with US CITIZEN parents. This requirement was intended to protect the nation from foreign influence. Congress however, changed the provisions how a Natural Born is defined. Any anchor babies born in the US or US territories of all illegals could now become president, even when the parents are not US citizens. That was how Kamala qualified.Her parents were foreign students when she was born in California. That was not in the Constitution before. The changes I think was done in Congress during the term of the Barack administration.

By the provisions of the PRA, it appeared that president Trump acted all and in compliance with the PRA records. Was DOJ and Biden not aware of the PRA? Vattel's Law of Nations says that both parents must be citizens - but citizenship actually follows the father. Obama's father was born in Kenya as a British subject.
