BUT to deploy them in DC is up to Pelosi, Schumer and Bowser. President Trump offered on 1/3 to call them up. The ones responsible didnt want to deploy. Same as the 2020 riots, mayors and governors were offered national guard troops, the leftist ones refused so President had no authority to deploy so the burning and looting continued unabated.
