I have more proof than you for your claim that the election was stolen. I just take the findings of the DoJ, Homeland Security, FBI, Trump administration figures as proof. Where is that proof for your claim, eh?
The Trumpists' mantra of 'proof' is a diversion from the fact that there is no proof of a stolen election. You made the claim....prove it. And wishing isn't proof.

Considered innocent.
Having committed the crimes he is no longer actually innocent.
He will get off. He has threatened several times for his followers to rise up if he is charged.
The DoJ is between a rock and a hard place.
Riots or rule of law.
Either way chalk up another Trump hit on the USA for his benefit
If, these amendments,
5th Amendment: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness
against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation6th Amendment: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.is not satisfied, then Trump is not guilty.
So it doesn't matter what the Jan 6th dog and pony show says, unless it is done in accordance with the above, Trump is innocent and the Jan 6th committee would not make this public if they were seeking Trump's conviction. Because they are spoiling the Jury pool, with fruit from the poisonous tree. Hmmm.....that's interesting......
Hey fool, it was accurate reporting, unlike the rags you read.
Try again, you're failing.

Regarding your meme: I would love to put Donald Trump in my rear-view mirror. I look forward to the day when I am able to not think about, talk about or respond to anything about Donald Trump. But, as long as he puts himself in front of audiences and repeats his tired old lies (especially about a stolen election), as long as he tries to whip up fear and anger in his base, none of us who want to continue living in our great democratic constitutional republic can afford to ignore him. It would be like turning our backs on a nest of 12-ft. hungry crocodiles.
That's why we can't leave Trump alone. He is a distinct menace to our great nation's survival.

It's gonna smart if these people wise up finally. So embarrassing for them.
The next hearing is about the over 3 hours chump did nothing but watch tv while his goon squad attacked the police and the capitol and were hell-bent on killing members of congress and the veep.

There is a huge difference between committed a crime and getting convicted of a crime.
We have seen Trump commit crimes.
Will he charged is the hot political question.
If he is not charged or is not convicted did he not do the crimes?

Those ‘findings’ are just claims—as are yours. Big lies about 9-11, DOJ thwarting presentation of the 9-11 evidence before a Grand Jury, FBI cover-up (many) such as the JFK/RFK/MLK assassinations—your sources are not reliable.
The 2000 Mules evidence of cell phone tracked ‘mules’ visiting dropboxes and not-for-profit corporations in sufficient numbers to have turned the election combines with ABSOLUTE PROOF documentary proving computer manipulation of the 2020 vote. NO ONE HERE HAS REBUTTED THE EVIDENCE IN THOSE TWO DOCUMENTARIES.
It is a fact that you divert from direct rebuttal—make claims you do not support with evidence.

I too am sick to death of the former guy and wish he'd stay in Florida and play golf. He's not living in my head rent free. He actually lives rent free in his supporters' heads. They can't come to grips with the fact that he bamboozled them then and now. They keep howling for 'proof' yet can't see what's staring them in the face: a concerted effort, led by the former occupant of the White House, to overturn an election despite being told by many in his own administration that he lost fair and square. They don't want proof, they want those that know the truth to feign ignorance.
Not gonna happen.

We have not seen Trump commit any crime. He was charged twice, in a court of law, I might add. And both times he was acquitted.
And many lefties on the OPP, claim that the Jan 6th committee is accurate, I challenge that.
Three times now, the accusers of Trump, have accused Trump of wrongdoing. They accused him of Russian collusion. Proven false. They charged him with Abuse of power, and obstruction of Congress, acquitted of all charges, proven false. They accused him of "incitement of insurrection" against the U.S. government and "lawless action at the Capitol", acquitted of this single charge, proven false.
So now what charge can the Jan 6, committee bring against Trump?
Before you answer, know that he cannot be charged with incitement of insurrection and lawless action at the Capitol, twice....that's called double jeopardy. So what's the charge?
Plus, and this is funny, Trump will win because he was not present at the Capitol.

My proof is very easy, its called double jeopardy, Trump cannot be charged for the same crime twice. He was already charged by the House, for "incitement of insurrection" against the U.S. government and "lawless action at the Capitol". Tried by the Senate, with the Supreme Court overseeing the impeachment. He was proven not guilty. I'll use this as evidence.

That he incited an insurrection and was exonerated by a rigged jury is water under the bridge.
