Before genuflecting at the feet of any public figure, especially in the political arena, you need to acknowledge that even Jacqueline Kennedy fell short of perfection, as, inevitably, do all we human beings.
While discussing what you find lacking in the character of former First Lady Melania Trump and President Trump, you have omitted to mention that they did their best, and it was better than most.
Pulitzer-nominated biographer C. David Heymann, who lived and worked in Manhattan delivered a documented look at the four year sexual affair between Jackie and Bobby Kennedy that took place from 1964 to 1968, in the aftermath of John F. Kennedy's assassination, while writing his book, "Bobby and Jackie, American Legacy."
According to Truman Capote, it was "perhaps the most normal relationship either one ever had."
Heymann wrote that he first heard hints and whispers of a romantic involvement between Robert and Jacqueline Kennedy while researching and conducting interviews for "A Woman Named Jackie," his 1989 biography of the former First Lady. Because Jackie was very much alive at the time, his interviewees were reluctant to discuss their romance in any depth or detail.
Following Jacqueline's death in 1994 - interview subjects, old and new, were willing to discuss the topic. Thereafter nearly every biography of Bobby or Jackie, including volumes by Edward Klein, Christopher Andersen, Sarah Bradford, and Peter Evans, capitalized on his research and reported on the Bobby-Jackie affair, adding new details to those already in print.
After the publication of his biography "RFK," he continued to collect further material and information, aided by the release in 2007 of previously unavailable reports and briefs prepared by the Secret Service and the FBI, released to him under the Freedom of Information Act. Covering the years 1964 to 1968, when the liaison took place, these documents confirmed what he had already ascertained through personal interviews. He was thus enabled to piece together a complete picture of the secret relationship that had existed between Jackie and Bobby Kennedy, two of the most heralded figures of the twentieth century.
It's unknowable how their four year affair would have ended if Bobby Kennedy hadn't been shot and killed by Palestinian Sirhan Sirhan, while campaigning for the Presidency in the California Primary.
In the days following Bobby Kennedy's death, Jackie Kennedy turned to multi-billionaire, Aristotle Onassis, and just four months later, she married him, and left the United States to raise her children abroad.
This is all old history now - and from another era, but there are individuals who still deny the rampant womanizing of JFK, both before and after he became president of the United States. It took The New York Times, often cited as our most authoritative newspaper, some thirty years to admit in print that Jack Kennedy had numerous affairs outside his marriage.
It would behoove you to realize that all "classy" public figures, regardless of their background, family and education, extending even to the most devoutly observant Christians, are merely worshipers of Jesus Christ. They do not claim to be Him, merely forgiven and on a daily basis, always trying and hoping to do better.

Trump was always aware that he was not part of the really class society, his wives were from different worlds than the upper crust of society...Kennedy was the upper crust in all respects, he was part of the foundation building wealthiest families of movers and shakers.
Melania was a model, a trophy wife for rich men that can provide the trappings of wealth to a woman, but don't mistake that for class and family upbringing and ties.
And quite frankly who gives a damn? The right seems to be inordinately in awe of trump's wife, and who gives a damn about her looks...As Melania so crudely put it...
I don't really care, do you?...which by the way was a seriously classless thing to wear when visiting an area that was involved in things she was supposed to expressing concern about...
See what I mean about class, some people have it some people think they have it, while others can't tell the difference between model looks and real class.
